John has over 25-year experience in a regulated environment, successfully leading groups in Manufacturing, Product Transfer, Operations Technical Support, Process Development, QC, Validation, QA and RA. Through all these years John developed a strong expertise in setting up GMP Manufacturing infrastructure and Quality System at Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, & Medical Devices companies as well as in CLIA labs.

John has significantly improved manufacturing efficiency, reduced rework in Operations by resolving a wide range of technical issues, conducted innumerable internal and supplier audits and helped drive products from early-stage development through commercialization.
